I wanted to take a moment and tell you about one of your Superstar agent, Nolan Formalarie. Last year in July after reading that North Carolina was a superb place to retire we made plans to visit several areas and friends throughout North Carolina. We ended up at the St. James Plantation in Southport, late August/Sept 2009. We liked the area and did the standard tour with the St. James folks and were planning to leave the next day. But that night at the restaurant someone suggested we contact your company to see other locations and resale home/lots. Nolan was the only available agent on the premise that day. We liked him from the get go!! Sharp, professional, knowledgeable, timely – and knew his stuff about the area and trends. Remember, we had never been to NC and were only going to make a swing throughout the state, while on vacation. Nolan got us excited about some properties/lots and we eventually spent 6 days in Southport instead of just two and helped us acquire a lot in St. James on the Nicklaus Course in the Reserves!!

Nolan located just the right property for us, and as they say “the rest is history.” He found us a fantastic lot with a fantastic price to match along with a great location, within our budget, and what seemed to be, much lower price than similar lots (and even perhaps one of the best deals which occurred in St. James) He also had superior recommendations for financial and legal assistance.
