Hello and welcome. This is Nolan with Discover NC Homes and Nolan’s News and as always, thank you for having us. So I wanted to talk about a new subdivision exclusive to Discover NC Homes coming online sometime early next year. It’s going to be located in Boiling Spring Lakes and many locals know Boiling Spring Lakes is about 8 to 10 minutes just outside of Southport actually has a Southport address.
But if you don’t know, it’s a very centrally located town to the county. So, it is about, again, 10 minutes from downtown Southport conveniently located, maybe 15 minutes, possibly 20 away from Leland. So it’s really central to a lot of the county. So this subdivision is going to be built out by our one and only Travis Cruse with Cruse Construction Inc.
Unbelievable builder with what he puts in as some of his standards and finishes. It’s a 24 homesite subdivision and beautiful land off of Reidsville Road. And I’m going to include a map here. It’s a little bit premature to talk about pricing, so I can’t do that quite yet. But these homesites are wonderfully sized.
They’re about a half acre, some a little bit more. So you’re going to have space in this subdivision. We’re going to introduce a few new floor plans, but they’ll be for anywhere from probably one to five different floor plans that we can build in their square footage range. We’re going to have anything from a two bedroom, two bath 800 to a thousand square foot home all the way up to 1,800 to 2,200 depending on what folks are looking for.
No car garage, one car garage, and two car garage floor plans. So more to come but just wanted to kind of introduce it.
