Conveniently located to St. James Plantation and Midway Road, the premise seemed like a fascinating prospect for current residents who were looking for more shopping, dining, and entertainment choices close to home. However, the fascination was limited to watching the mammoth mound of sand grow taller and taller, and hoping that a jolt from the Seneca Guns would not bring it cascading down over Highway 211.
