“The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak.” That’s how some may feel about the current housing market. You want to buy a home, but there is either little availability or you lose out because of a bidding war. Don’t lose hope just yet because the flesh is getting thicker (so to speak)!
Brunswick County has approved five new residential developments. According to Port City Daily, the combination of these subdivisions would bring over 2,500 new homes and a slew of townhomes and multi-family units. That’s good news for those wanting to relocate to or within Brunswick County as well as local businesses.
Alas, patience is a virtue. These homes will not be built over night. So, keep your eye on the prize as I’m sure that signs will be popping up shortly promoting these new subdivisions.
