Here at DiscoverNChomes we have a rental program. We have a rental company: “Property Management Services” – had it now for about 10 – 12 years. And we serve as rentals all over Brunswick County, but specifically we have rentals in St. James, we have rentals in Southport, Oak Island, and these are long-term rentals and up and down various communities on the 211 corridor.

So point is here: if you’re looking to sell, because inventory is so limited, we have you covered! We have a few on inventory right now, but John, if you could, talk a little bit about what we do as a rental management company.

John
Well, as Nolan mentioned, we’re a full service company. We’re available seven days a week to take care of old maintenance needs of routine or emergency needs that the tenant may need for us to take care of.

We have an active inventory right now, so if you have any interest in renting your property, or if you need a rental while you’re searching for a property, please by all means, give us a call.

And John, we have right now, I think we have two homes, one in Marsh Winds available. So again, we have one condo right now and two homes.
I know we have a few more rentals coming up in the next few months. So if you are selling and you need something, please let us know because we will take care of you as a renter, as a local person in the community, and also sellers, if you’re looking to rent your home, we would like to talk to you about that as well.
