Hello, my name is Nolan Formalarie and I moved from the cold Northeast in 2004 to be by the beach, sun and enjoy a relaxed lifestyle! Growing up in Western MA was wonderful but as an avid outdoor person who needs the sun I decided to take a trip to Southport/Wilmington and immediately fell in love with the area.
I used to be an avid day hiker and mountain biker but because this area is flat I quickly adapted and now kayak, walk and run along the seashore. The kayaking in Brunswick County is amazing; you can experience all kinds of wildlife in the Lockwood Folly River, if you like sea kayaking the Marsh Savannahs that lead to the Atlantic might be for you.
Our beaches are calm, serene and full of white sand. Down in Brunswick County they all face south making them an excellent place to take a walk around Sunset. I make sure to get out there at least once a week with my wife, 2 boys and our dog Bradley to walk. It’s a stress release, as well as therapeutic.
As for being a real estate broker I genuinely love what I do. I don’t sell homes or land I simply provide the best customer service I can to my clients. I pride myself on the relationships I form before, during and after a transaction. My work ethic and dedication is unparalleled and if I can help you out in any way please let me know.

Sarah
I moved down here in 1986 when I was a young kid from Michigan. Growing up here, I have seen this area change so much. I went to college in Wilmington and graduated with my Paralegal degree. I loved that field! Working in the Real Estate Law side, I found my niche interacting with clients and helping them with their real estate transactions. It only seemed natural to join Discover NC Homes and continue my interest in the real estate field. My husband and I are raising our two boys, Aidan and Gabriel, in this amazing coastal town with our sassy little corgi, Molly. I am happy to help you discover this area and make it your forever home.
