Multiple Open House in St James on October 28th, 2023, from 12-3 pm

Hello and welcome. This is Nolan with Discover NC Homes and Nolan’s News and as always, thank you for having us. Exciting to announce the Parade of Homes, which is actually happening very soon here, the 20th through the 22nd and the 27th through the 29th of October. Parade of Homes is when Brunswick County’s premier builders have their showcase homes all over the county, in various communities.

Most of them typically are in St. James, which again, they will be this year, and we know you all want to come out and look at homes, so it’s a great way to do that. But in conjunction with this, Discover NC Homes will be hosting a multiple open house on the 28th of October. Again, this is October 28th from 12 to 3 pm.

So we’ll have a list, please click on the link below and you’ll see, we’re going to have between eight and ten homes in there. So in conjunction with the parade of homes and the builder homes, we’ll have some really nice resale homes to view.

If you have any questions, let us know. We’ll have instructions at the gate. You can just come in and say that you’re there for the open house. Everything’s already been preset. But again, we’ll have about eight to ten homes and that is Saturday, October 28th from 12 – 3 pm. Hope to see you there, and we’ll talk to you soon.
