Hello and welcome. This is Nolan Formalarie with Discover NC Homes and Nolan’s news. Today I just wanted to talk about our success and give a big thank you to everyone that we’ve had over the past three months. Today is October 28th and we have sold 87 either homes or home sites in the past three months.
So that’s August, September, and then again today through the 28th. So again, a big, thank you. We think that shows both buyers and sellers that you trust us as a company. I’ve been in the business here for 15 – 16 years, so we’ve been here a while. All of us are seasoned agents, so we really appreciate the business.
It’s exciting to welcome these new families into the neighborhoods and also see the families who have stayed their time and they’re moving on to the next steps in their lives. So it’s really special to be part of that transaction and I think it also shows to where we’re getting the job done.
If we tracking, we have had an unbelievable year and again. Towards the end of the year, we’ll talk about numbers, but just wanted to say thank you for the 87 transactions and a phenomenal last three months.
