Hello and welcome. This is Nolan Formalarie with Discover NC Homes and Nolan’s News, and as always, thank you for having us. Today I want to give ourselves a big pat on the back! We received a pretty significant award from a major lead generation source called HomeLight.
HomeLight is a national outlet for both buyers and sellers who have not found or who are not currently working with a broker yet. It’s a pretty fiercely competitive lead-generation source. So we as a company and individual agents have to very much stay on top of it in order to receive and get these leads.
So, we have two winners in our company: the Dooley group and myself, Nolan Formalarie. We received an achievement award for 2020 for top producers. This was based on how many transactions we closed, so how many people we either had as a buyer and brought through to a sale, or how many listings that we had that actually sold through the HomeLight system.
We’re only one of a very select, well, one or two in our company of a very select few agencies and individual agents in Brunswick County who received the award. That means, again, we’re highly recognized because we’re closing these transactions. And it was based on not just the number of leads we got, but the number of leads we converted and we brought through to the end of the sale.
So I just wanted to praise ourselves. Also let you know, as a buyer or seller, we’re very active in our market and we get these types of awards because we are hard workers and we’re getting after it.
