Hello and welcome. This is Nolan Formalarie with Discover NC Homes and Nolan’s News. One of my favorite times coming up this fall is the “Parade of Homes.”
So “2021 Parade of Homes” is going to be October 15th – 17th and the October 22nd – 2tth. It is from 12 pm – 5 pm all days. Friday might be a little bit of a time change, but Saturday and Sunday, noon to five.
The Parade of Homes – what is it?
It is a nice combination of semi-custom builders and custom builders showcasing their absolute best work. We’re actually sitting in a parade of home right now: 2560 St. James dr. built by Hagood Homes. It’s called the Harbor Town 3 and Hagood – you’ll see in some other videos, they do a really elegant, clean kind of coastal look, with some nice futuristic modern touches. It’s a really neat home and you’ll see that again in some other videos.
So again: “Parade of Homes” coming up for the next last two weekends of October! It’s a wonderful event, you’ll see. Most of the homes will be furnished, it’s just fun to bring your wife, the family, whoever through, get some decorating ideas. This is where these builders showcase their absolute best work. I’m looking forward to it. We’ll see you.
